INITIAL CONSULTATION

It's personal with us. We sit down with you and carefully listen to you. We take the time to review your current plans, establish your immediate objectives, and then develop a long term strategy.

The next step is to search the market and compare options and alternatives, and find the best solutions for your company. Then we help you choose the plans that best meet your objectives and your budget.

PLAN INSTALLATION

We then work directly with your administrative person to carefully inform your employees of plan changes and options, collect the enrollment material, and process the paperwork.

Because communication with employees throughout the process is critical to the long term cost efficiencies of your benefit plan, we also conduct employee meetings to explain their benefits and answer all their questions.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE

What sets us apart from competitors, is our ongoing help with billing and claim discrepancies, additions and deletions to your plan, and COBRA compliance.

Perhaps most importantly, we are available to answer questions and resolve employee claims problems - because we know you do not want your employees coming to you with their questions or problems.
