Bob Vinal – President/Owner

Bob was born and raised in San Mateo county, and now lives in Santa Cruz with his wife, Trudy Merriam. Both Bob and Trudy graduated from San Diego State University. They have three children – Therese, Michelle, and Matt. Bob himself has been coaching high school football for almost 30 years, and has been coaching at his alma mater Serra High School for over 25 years. Bob is an avid long board surfer, and loves to barbecue for his family and friends – ribs and brisket are his specialty!

Scott Rollandi – Small to Mid-Size Groups Broker

Scott was born and raised in San Mateo where he attended Serra High School and then went on to Saint Mary’s College in Moraga to obtain his degree in Business Administration. Scott lives in Redwood City with his wife Dawn and their two sons. If he is not in the office or with a client, you can probably find Scott on a baseball field or basketball court coaching his sons and other future all stars. Scott has been licensed since 1992 and has worked with Bay Area Health Insurance since 1994. Scott’s expertise is with the small to mid-size employer market.

Mike Langridge – Small to Mid-Size Group Broker

Mike was born and raised in San Mateo County and currently lives in Redwood City with his wife Colleen and their four children. Mike is a proud football alumnus of Serra High School (’91), College of San Mateo (’93) and Arizona State University (’95). Mike has been coaching football at the high school and collegiate levels for almost 20 years. He is currently the head golf coach at Serra and has coached basketball and track at the high school level. As an agent for Bay Area Health Insurance, Mike specializes in finding the best affordable options for his clients and providing same day service.

John Langridge – Individual & Family Broker

John was born and raised in San Mateo County, and currently resides in the city of San Mateo. John attended Serra high school as well as the College of San Mateo and received his degree in Social Science from Portland State University where he was a standout Defensive End. After college, John took his love for football to the coaching and has been a high school coach for 12 years.

Matt Vinal – Small to Mid-Size Group Broker

Matt was born in Santa Clara county, but was raised in San Mateo county when choosing to attend Junipero Serra High School. Matt went on to the College of San Mateo before transferring to University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where he majored in Communications as well as playing football for both schools. He also had a short stint playing with the Las Vegas Outlaws and Los Angeles KISS in the Arena Football League. Fo the past 4 seasons, Matt has been playing and coaching American football in the Prague, Czech Republic also while teaching English as a foreign language. His hobbies are working out and coaching at his alma mater along side his father, Bob Vinal.

Gavin Foster – Small to Mid-Size Group Broker

Gavin was born and raised in Orange County, CA (one of us has to be!) where he graduated from Mater Dei High School. Gavin attended and played golf for UC Santa Barbara during his undergrad and then graduated from UC Irvine with his MBA. He currently resides in Tustin, CA with his wife, Michelle. Gavin is a diehard golfer (who still likes to pretend that he’s as good as he was in college) and a big Anaheim Ducks and LA Angels fan.
